The residents stare at four walls-no interaction -no activities organiser -bingo once in a blue moon -two tvs blaring in the lounge on different channels -lovely gardens-never seen any resident taken to sit in them during the summer -some residents left in bed till lunch time and then only left out of bed couple of hours -2 staff to 12 residents ground floor- serve notice on residents if families complain- Palace Chivero (Manager) will walk out of meetings if not getting her way-rude/unprofessional relatives not allowed to see care plan without a great deal of negotiation
