Well as far as Post Offices go, it's not excitement of the century. There's enough parking around, and you'll get the usual services typical of a Post Office, but there's always room for improvement. The owners need to be more customer focussed especially as there's at least three or four other P.O within a two mile radius. They must avoid argumentative situations and let people know their hours so they don't have their time wasted. Moreover, even if the customer is'nt always right, no one some appreciates being offered something they didn't ask for, and if it's pointed out to the counter clerk, it's not vital that the clerk have the last word, or any one for that matter. They should also be more prepared to go the extra mile. I am use to P.O being open until 5.30 not 4.50 or if the mail van has already collected from the. post box outside. If they're not doing the traditional things, they might as well pack up if they are finding it hard going.

It was nice to go in a post office where the lady serving (Manjit) actually looked smart and official, and took the time to explain my options for sending my parcel. You can also park for free right outside.

Visited for the 1st time today to send a very important package (book) to the USA. Post Office staff (Manjit) was amazing, she could tell i was a novice to sending items so her service and support was outstanding, helped me every step of the way, patience, packaging, customs form, sending advice etc, Really impressed, restored my faith in the PO👌🏾
