Absolutely 5 Star Service. How they manage to get everything from a paintbrush to a fence post in there is unbelieveable. Most items well below 30% of B&Q prices, screws 50% below Homebase or Carvers. I could go on. I've bought hammers, chisels, saws, glass, wire fencing, gardening gloves, wall paper paste, picture hooks, got keys cut and tons more from this small store. The owners Dave and Ingrid are always extremely helpful. This store is what used to be called the local ironmongers. Great Place for the community.

This was my second time using this company. First time no issues sadly second time was a different story. I called and placed an order however didn't receive a call to say the glass was ready. 3 weeks later I called to check and was told its ready. I specifically asked what time the shop was open and Dave told me 5pm as it was Friday. I told him I will collect that very day. Got there at 4.15pm and shop closed and no answer to phone. Went back on Monday and collected the glass. The stickers on both pieces of plus have different measurements and the glass was not cut to the right size. I called to query and Dave answered saying he was fed up of people not measuring correctly and there's nothing he could do. Worst, he hung the phone up on me! Very poor customer service. I will not recommend them. I understand mistakes can happen but he showed no willingness to solve it. Im sure they've given me someone else's glass!!

Really helpful people. A bit of an aladdins cave this shop , that seems to have everything. Would definitely recommend. I was looking for a piece of glass , which the shop quickly sorted and then sorted out some beading and putty to do my job 10 out of 10
