    My daughter and I attended the LivWISE Christmas lecture entitled " The Science of Gin & Tonic ", which was a brilliant lecture in itself, and were delighted to find that Whitley Neill had brought a selection of gin to complement the lecture. Having talked to your staff prior to the lecture, we were keen to sample this new-to-us gin ! We tried a couple of the flavours, but the outstanding winner was the "blood orange gin ". Happily, I've found it on offer this week in our local supermarket, and bought 2 bottles to hide away for later ! So, " cheers " for a fabulous gin ! Gaynor Duggan
