This is a fantastic place to stay, either for a holiday or (as in our case) a long-term stay whilst we were house-hunting. The owners Katherine and David could not have done more for us, during our stay here. We were here for almost 4 months, during which time we enjoyed the local walks, Hatton Locks, the (many!) local pubs, visits to Warwick Castle, Leamington Spa, the nearby National Trust properties and just sitting in the garden enjoying the beautiful view (and the funny-looking sheep!) Katherine and David were extremely obliging, letting us bring our own bed, taking out furniture for us and letting us use their large shed for storage...basically for everything we requested, they were fantastic and their rates are extremely reasonable compared to most other monthly Airbnb properties. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitley Elm Cottages to anyone either looking for somewhere for 'between places' or just for a lovely, peaceful holiday. The location is also great as you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, yet are just minutes from civilisation in Warwick and very easy access to motorways....oh and they are dog-friendly too!
