Our three cats spent the weekend with Whitely Crest in April. The two younger ones, it was their first time in a cattery, and they took it in their stride. They came home happy and healthy. The oldest cat had stayed before. He came home stressed, and wouldn't eat for the next week, and wasn't himself. This is no way a reflection on the way he was looked after by Whitley. It's just him, I think. He spent a long time there the first time on his own (46 days), and I don't think he coped well. This time, even though he had his brother and sister with him, he doesn't seem to have settled. Luckily, he's now back to his old self.

Have been using these kennels a few times recently for my animals. Always been very happy with their care. But the most recent stay I was mortified that all my animals during their stay had lost an enormous amount of weight and hip ribs and spines were pertruding. Upon contacting the kennels I was accused of not noticing their weight loss before arrival. Anyone else had issues recently with this kennel cattery?
