What are the different types of pet cremation services you offer?
We offer two types of pet cremation services: individual cremation and communal cremation. In individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone, and their ashes are returned to you. In communal cremation, your pet is cremated with other animals, and their ashes are not returned. Can I witness the cremation process or visit the crematory?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pet owners to witness the cremation process or visit the crematory. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and maintain a professional and respectful environment for all pets and their owners. Can you provide me with a certificate of cremation for my pet?
Yes, we can provide you with a certificate of cremation for your pet. This certificate confirms that your pet was cremated and includes the date of cremation and their identification number. How do you ensure that only my pet's remains are returned to me after cremation?
We use a strict identification process to ensure that only your pet's remains are returned to you after cremation. Your pet is assigned a unique identification number, which is tracked throughout the entire cremation process. We also perform individual cremations separately from communal cremations to prevent any mix-ups.Do you offer any additional services such as pet urns or memorialization options?

My partner had their dog for 11 years, he sadly past away 29/3/23 & was collected from the vets on 3/4/23 by Whitley Brook. We were told that it could be up to 10 days before we got his ashes back because of things like the bank holiday but got him back 6/3. They were patient when we were making the arrangements and helped us understand our options, after reading the reviews of the company we were quite anxious about the process but they were brilliant with us, and put thought into how we got our boy back. The only downside is when we were contacted to collect him the receptionist was quite blunt but may have been because they were busy.

I lost my Bambi suddenly last Tuesday. I had to make the heartbreaking decision wether to bury or cremate him. I decided to have him cremated, so I can spread some of his ashes in the garden he didn’t made it to. This was done through my vets. This has brought me some comfort knowing he will be with me forever in the beautiful little box he was carefully returned to me in. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

After loosing my beautiful baby boy Benny, I was referred here from Pet Medics. I was so relived to see that individual cremations were possible and I was keen to have one arranged. The service was excellent, and what is a very heartbreaking position to be in, they really made things easier. He was brought to the facility and we had time to spend time with him before he went, which was really beautiful. I chose same day service so a couple of hours later he was ready to come back home. Nobody wants to be in this position, but it's inevitable and Whitley Brook really made the difference and allowed me to give him a proper, non rushed send off. I would recommend them to anybody wishing to give their fur babies a proper, dignified send off. It's been hard enough, and they certainly didn't make it any more difficult. Thanks, Mark T

Our dog Droopy suddenly passed away on the 4 th march , his body was immediately taken to the vets , where we were handed a leaflet for whiteley Brook crematorium. We called you on the Monday morning to be rather abruptly told that you knew nothing about our dog and it was the vet that would deal with it . After further reading your leaflet it stated that the ashes are returned within 3 working days , so we were expecting them to be returned on Thursday 9 th at the latest . WE finally received a phone call this morning 16th March to tell us he was back at our local vets . We still have not been informed of any prices ? There has been no communication whatsoever , this has all added to out heartbreak . Not at all what we expected.
