Quite upset to be told that they couldn't deliver a prescription to a person who is self isolating due to testing positive for covid 19. The reason given is that the address is outside of their delivery area. The fact that the person lives an 8 minute drive away and that's in traffic surely can't be outside of their delivery area?! Very disappointed with the duty of care here
