Whites Dental deserves more than 5 stars. Take it from an extremely nervous patient! I will never go anywhere else again. Whites Dental dealt with a very difficult root canal of mine, they made me feel so comfortable and tried to keep me feeling relaxed. I have since been back to have their checked and all was well. If you ever need a root canal doing do not hesitate to visit Whites Dental.

Fantastic service. I was in London for a visit and I was recommended to Whites Dental for teeth whitening via friend. They were able to get me an appointment within the hour! The team were so helpful and assured me that I had nothing to worry about (I'm not the best when it comes to visiting dentists). I found the dentist to be incredibly kind and caring.

Whites Dental are an excellent dentist and work very well together. They made me feel very comfortable while I was there and did a professional job on my teeth. Highly informative during the whole visit and gave me excellent advice for the upkeep of my teeth. 5 out of 5 stars and a gold award for the service. I would highly recommend this dentist. The staff on reception are very warm and helpful too when booking future appointments.

A few years ago I came to Whites to have two crowns replaced on my front teeth, fairly simple stuff. Initially I thought they were excellent. Four years later, thousands of pounds and far too many specialist dental visits to mention to correct their shocking work I had to have one of my front teeth extracted and now have a denture. The other has had two root canals and another new crown. I’m only 47 and this was purely cosmetic work, every dentist I have been to since Whites has been shocked at the work they carried out. Not only has it cost me a lot of time and money, but the mental trauma and impact on my appearance and confidence has been hard to cope with. When I made my complaint about the work they had done they were not sympathetic at all and it took me appointing solicitors to even get a straight forward refund. They have put me off private dentists forever, who you always assume are going to be much better than the NHS, and I genuinely wish I had never walked in their door..

Updating my review to be less negative in the interest of fairness, as I've been informed a completely new team have now taken over. For reference, had a really negative experience here last year where I was left waiting outside well into my appointment time despite knocking/calling, and former reception staff let another patient in before attempting to close the door on my face. Having spoken to the new team lead, I'm hopeful service here will now be miles better.

The worst dentist I have ever been. I continued an orthodontic treatment following from another dentist that went into administration. I was paying for this treatment on instalments on every visit. As soon as I finished payment, Dr. Elliot asked if I was happy with the results and I said no, my teeth were not straight yet. Then he said: If you are not happy, you can go to another dentist… Never in my life experienced a customer service like this. Additionally, I would have my check up every 2-3 months, rather than monthly which delayed my treatment. Having finished my treatment after 3 years (1 year with this practice), I still face biting problems. Frustrating how much time and pain I’ve been through with not as much improvement as needed and wanted.
