Terrible service at the furniture show. Attempted over 2 days to talk to someone but was fobbed off each time and passed from pillar to post. Staff avoided answering questions of products and lead times. Felt as though we were a hinderance. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Shame as really liked the look of their stock. Judging by other reviews, glad they're as useless in person as they sound online.

Ordered a Whitemeadow made sofa, chair and footstool from a furniture supplier in Aylesbury waited over 6 months for delivery and all 3 pieces of the order were damaged. Almost another 5 months for a replacement order to arrive and it was so badly damaged the delivery drivers were too embarrassed to unwrap the whole order - the armchair alone had 5 separate areas of damage. Needless to say the replacement has now been returned. Almost a year from ordering and we have no furniture. There is no quality control of products leaving the factory whatsoever - such a shameful waste! Whitemeadow you really need to sort your QC processes and be more responsible to your customers and for the environment; the quality of your products is shockingly poor :-(

I have emailed them twice and tried to contact them via their website and there has been absolutely NO reply! So after care customer service is likely to be a big problem. UPDATE: Thank you for your response Whitemeadow! The reason I have been writing to you is to ask your advice and to check what a retailer has told me about your furniture is correct. If you are not prepared to communicate with me direct then you should have told me so - not simply ignore 2 emails and one web contact. I don't consider that it is fair to only respond when I complain about you!

I recent took delivery of a corner sofa and footstool manufactured by Whitemeadow Furniture. It looks amazing and it so comfortable and well made I am thrilled with it. I went for a large footstool rather than a coffee table and the fabric co-ordinates brilliantly with the cushions on the sofa. I would definitely recommend Whitemeadow.

Run from the inside by a select few, this is a place that doesn't realise how much money it's losing due to the poor quality of the work done and passed inspection by its members of staff. Merrits are given for how much floor space there is rather than the quality of the products which results in poorly stacked sofas, damaged on site and still loaded for distribution. The floor co-ordinator (Conner Holmes) is utterly careless but due to his autism higher staff allow his intolerant behaviour and complete ignorance of general Health and safety. Customers that pay for FABRICOAT ( A fire protective cover) need not to bother as staff only pretend to put it on as I have documented in several photographs and videos in the factory . Bottom line don't buy from here!!
