Duty of care is an absolute joke and getting worse ! Everything is a mayor issue. Absolutely appalling. Not able to get extra tablets for depression so I can go back to work and see me through the time I’ll be away. So I’ll end up running out and be back to square 1 . Thank you for your help !! Would be easier to just you can’t be arsed. Not worth one star . As others have said used to be a good caring practice.

Multiple times I’ve tried to phone to get appointments here and each time I’ll be in a queue for at least 25 minutes. On two occasions I waited for over half an hour and then the phone cut out… seems impossible to get through to anyone

The worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been registered with. Changing my doctors as soon as possible. Haven’t had a face to face appointment in over 2 years and everytime I’ve rung up with a problem (which has been around 4 times in those 2 years) they didn’t want to know and I was palmed off with a doctors call every single time even though I should of been seen by a doctor. Absolutely lousy service and surgery… would not recommend this to ANYONE! Even the doctors don’t want to work

Time wasters. We paying thousands £ taxes and insurance and they book phones appointments for which you wait over 2 weeks and later cancel. They don't know anything. Over 1 year and they didn't help me with my problems

Used to be a superb GP, nowadays most of the rooms sit empty. The GPs (when you eventually get to see them) are great, and so are the nurses. They have five GPs which sounds like a lot until you realise most of them only work here part time (and I haven't actually seen two of them around in several years). My flatmate was told the waiting time for an urgent life-or-death appointment was three weeks and ended up having to go to A&E. Repeat prescriptions are taking a very long time now too. Perhaps they've found they have too many patients, and they're taking drastic action to reduce the number?

Shambles of a surgery. You order repeat prescription in advance for 2 items and only one is signed for. Wasted an hour of my work day and missed my vital monthly nurses appointment. Rude reception and no meaningful apology

You have plenty of training days, How about training your pharmacist in correct telephone procedures. It’s bad practice to let a patients mobile ring for twenty seconds and then cut the call. He then reported missed appointment on the patient’s record.
