We instructed Whitegate to sell our investment property in the centre of Bradford in January 2022. They advised us that the market for this type leasehold flat is difficult. Despite this there was a lot of early interested and an early buyer, who dropped out. A second sale was agreed shortly after. It has taken nearly a year to complete due to massive changes in mortgage market and getting vacant possession. Whitegates, and in particular Gail Wood, have been excellent throughout the process. Keeping me in formed, chasing solicitors, lender and buyer. An excellent service which I would recommend to anyone. Gordon Mitchell.

12 Years plus of excellent service. We initially moved to Whitgates after a not so good experience with an alternative letting agent and the length of time we have been with them speaks for itself. What I like the most about the agency is their frankness and honesty. They don't go around in circles trying to get more from you but they listen to the customer and do whatever they can to help. Renting our property was not done as a business venture but as a requirement when the market was not as good as it is now and we could not sell. When the right time did come around and we decided to sell, Whitegates's staff where on hand with their valued advise on the best way to do that and their advise definitely paid off as we sold the house very quickly and without any concerns. I would have no hesitation in recommending Whitegates as a letting or selling agent as the staff are all professional and enthusiastic to do the best that they can for you as their customer
