My carpet had a stain made worse by my other half trying to remove it by using Vanish on it which made it worse. I contacted J. Ls who installed the carpet anf they gave me the telephone number of Whitegate. Initially I spoke to Carolwho assured me that they could do a repair provided I had some left over carpet which I had so I booked a visit. Daniel and Ben Carol's sons did an amazing job on the carpet and even I cannot see where the area was, I was so relieved I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Speedy comms via email, excellent customer service from start to finish. Recently bought a caravan and wanted the cushions cleaning thoroughly. The two gents that came did a great job and results are super. Can notice a real difference but now have the piece of mind that they are properly cleaned.
