Went to drop off a box for collect+. Cashier looked so drunk I was surprised he could open his eyes. Shop stunk of cannabis. He said he couldn’t take my parcel because it weighed over 5kg. He didn’t weigh it and it didn’t exceed 5kg anyway. Shortly after, with the aid of an expletive, he asked me to leave. Quite the encounter
