Very Young vulnerable primary children are placed in the same areas, playground with 19 year old adults, school policy, young children are not safeguarded or protected Whitefield Academy onsite is not as the Principle staff describe at all(or on their website).Speech & Language Therapy support,Occupational Therapy support is not available for students. Regularly every week, full days vulnerable young children are left with teaching assistants,no regular teacher, not an educational setting. Each day lots of trips to a rooftop playground -up to many hours are spent each day in a playground.Even when children are clearly disressed,to the point of being rolled up crying on the ground and want to leave the playground they are blocked by staff and forced to stay on the rooftop Playground,Young Children are approached, grabbed, pulled, touched, played with by teenagers upto 18 and 19 year old adults with SEN. Young vunerable children at toilet time are undressed in front of each other and staff, distressing.Cold, poor hygiene. Local Authorities,Tower Hamlets SEN department are aware but choose to do nothing. If you wish your child to progress this is not the setting for them.

I hope they throw the book at at anyone involved in this vile behaviour! I cannot believe what I have just read on the news! You took advantage of vulnerable children that can’t speak lowest of the low. Close it down! Them so-called calm rooms are cells nothing more, anyone with eyes can see what that are!

Absolutely disgusting. I hate turning the news on and seeing people who abuse children etc. School years should be where children feel safe, not getting abused by fully grown adults. Should be ashamed of yourselves and shut down.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. The teachers smack the kids!! They pinch the kids!! They used to have NO first aid kit and they all lie for eachother. This matter is serious and they need to be closed down.

I went to this school for my speech from 1996-99 when I went to secondary school in my local area near E3. I loved it cause it was near a railway lol. What can I say I use to love trains and I still do lol. I've given a 2 star, cause I haven't been to Whitefield in just over 20 years.
