Fantastic service from start to finish. Nick had some fantastic ideas to make the best use of our space, modernise our kitchen and get the most light into the room. No question was too small and he really did help plan every little detail. He also put us in touch with fantastic, reliable tradesmen for our flooring and conservatory. The fitting itself ran to time and the attention to detail from Jerry was fantastic. The trades worked together like clockwork thanks to nicks fantastic organisation. Overall a fantastic experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Nick and his team were amazing from start to finish and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their kitchen. At the outset, Nick took the time to listen to what we wanted and designed a spectacular kitchen integrating all of the key elements we had envisaged. He was very happy to discuss our options and make changes to the design whilst always working within our agreed budget. He was readily available to provide examples of how things would look and never tried to "up-sell". Unlike other companies we visited, Nick works closely with his fitters and in our case Paul was able to create bespoke elements which really enhance the finished article. Once the fitting started, some "problems" were identified as our house is old. Paul was quick to explain the issues to us and, most importantly, able to rectify these himself rather than us needing to find other professionals. He was transparent regarding the cost of this work and we were immediately reassured. Nick and Paul coordinated the full project including managing the plastering, flooring, electrician, etc and took the stress away from us! Paul and Nick take great pride in their work and it really shows! The finishing touches were applied by Dave the decorator who is also a perfectionist! We are so happy with our new kitchen - thank you!

Paul the fitter was first class! From the rip out of the existing kitchen onto the install of our beautiful open plan kitchen, nothing was too much trouble. Dave the painter was also very meticulous.

Nick and his team were fantastic from day 1. We have been waiting for 2 years since we moved into our new house to replace the kitchen and so, naturally, we were shopping around. Out of all the companies we had come out to look and design, Nick was the only person to ask us how we wanted to use the kitchen, what was important to us etc. The colours etc were important but not as important as making sure the layout was functional and matched what we needed, and I'm so glad we started with getting this right! Nicks design was the one that solved all the problems of our previous kitchen, and this was due to his deep understanding of how we wanted our kitchen to function and how our family uses the kitchen on a daily basis. In the end, we changed our colours multiple times including at the last minute in the studio when ordering the kitchen 😂, but the design never really changed. Once the work started, Brad, our fitter, was fantastic. Hard working, polite and tidy he cracks on and he made a real effort to keep key appliances running for as long as possible and get them back up and running as quickly as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and he always made sure the timeline was met, even working on Saturdays when he needed to get something ready for another trade. We had one small issue with the plaster on one wall, Nick was quick to come and look and get his team to rectify. Dave the decorator is fantastic, so diligent and precise, the finish he has achieved is absolutely excellent! I would highly recommend Nick and the team at Whitetail, they start with understanding your needs and wants and finish with a fantastic kitchen, design, fitted and finished to the highest standard. What can I say - 5* service from start to finish. Nick, Brad and his team have turned my dream kitchen into reality. I went to Nick with lots of bright ideas, and nothing was out of reach. He created the most amazing design and literally read my mind. A very talented man. Brad is simply incredible a what he does. An eye for design, keeping things immaculate and a real talent in the kitchen fitting world. Nothing was too much of a drama to sort and he was able to fit everything with perfection. Reliable, on time and the planning of the fit was brilliant. Nick kept me up to date with everything, booked everyone that needed to be here and constantly turned up at the house to project manage. Also a very nice touch with chocolate and brochures on the first initial meeting - thanks Nick! Brad would put himself out in his own time to come back and help us and would always be checking in if there was someone else at the house. He was a constant throughout the fit. I couldn’t recommend the company enough. They made my dream come true and I am truly thankful for their work. Worth every penny! Thank you!

From start to finish, we have loved our experience with White Tail Studios. Expert designers worked with us to create the most stunning space that fully fitted the needs of our family and helped us to develop and extend our vision further than we could envisage. Nick worked well with our budget and still managed to offer us some super special details and features that were brand new concepts to us. It was really fun to be able to see the design in 3d using the AR headsets and really showed us the sense of space in our kitchen, as well as how we could use the area in a functional way. White Tail Studios were really accommodating and understanding with our timeliness and deadlines, and also worked seamlessly with other trades we had hired (a general builder, flooring specialists and electrician.) Our White Tail Studios kitchen fitter, Brad was incredible: a true craftsman with a real attention to detail and eye for finishing touches. He worked quickly and quietly (apart from his 'lovely' singing now and again!!!!) showing respect to his surroundings. He was a pleasure to have in our home and was polite and well mannered around our young children. The quality of the cabnitry, appliances, shelving, drawers, plinths, worktops, absolutely everything is fantastic. The Blossom Avenue units are just stunning. We have been using our beautiful new kitchen for a couple of weeks now and cannot fault it, although I'm sure if we were to find an error or issue, Nick and the team would be more than willing and keen to assist. Nick's customer service has been fantastic, he has gone above and beyond time and again. An easy 5 out of 5 review, we would absolutely recommend (and have done) White Tail Studios to anyone considering a new or upgraded kitchen. Thanks Nick and the team.
