The shop was laid out clearly, lots of sizes and stock available. However, a member of staff, called Helen, was very rude and was not helpful. Shame, as I am a regular and the staff are usually really friendly.

Lovely white stuff outlet. Had a really good sale on for post-christmas shopping (got some pajama bottoms and a cosy jumper) All the stuff is really good quality like in all their outlet stores, and the staff in this one are very friendly :)

The 'stuff' is good quality and up to date fasion wise. There's too many of the same item, this is the same in every store not just Whitstable. The sizes are predominantly small, especially for well endowed ladies. However my daughter and husband benefit from vouchers on a regular basis
