We visited the store today after some disappointing experiences with a competitor brand. The store is dog-friendly which was great as we had our reactive rescue dog with us, and it meant that my partner and I could shop together. The team were very friendly, attentive and helpful, without being at all pushy. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who helped us, but she made our shopping experience so stress-free and helped us find everything we were looking for. We will definitely be back again soon and highly recommend this store. They also stock a much wider range than the Brighton branch since their relocation.
