This was an order online. As mentioned in other feedback here, I have to agree the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Constantly calling, waiting, queueing, emailing to talk to some lackluster customer service agent, who never manages your end to end experience. Ordering is easy but delivery, quoted as 4-7 business days... prepare for disappointment, prepare to chase every day, on hold, add very little communication to the experience and expect responses like "you'll have to call back tomorrow". It is day 25 and counting for me, and this is for a 2.5k order. The team aren't even checking their delivery partner is completing delivery within the time frame. Disgraceful, how do you run a business like this? Re: the message I received for this from the store the ref from the automated CS email "Your Email Has Been Received - Request 193815"

Experience in store was good... from then on, oh dear... we knew we would have to wait for part of our order but the first part was supposed to be delivered within a week or so. The order hadn't been split properly so that didn't happen until we pushed the right button on their delivery tracking website (No one told us we had to do something to split it - we thought it was just done). That delivery got cancelled and over an hour on the phone later and making enough fuss we got another delivery date that wasn't too far in the future, but still missing a few items (annoying as the items were originally in stock when we ordered, but fair enough to get most of it sooner). Delivery arrived a few hours ago. Just look at the state of the boxes. Only opened one so far and the table top glass is broken - no surprise. Not looking forward to opening the others when I get back from work to see what else is broken. Just tried calling customer service. 30mins wait 20th in the queue. Right, not doing that, I guess I'm not the only one calling the after care team. Just emailed their customer service instead - lets see how this goes... hopefully I have something more positive to follow up with - but I suspect it might take a while. Oh just got a response... ah no, just an automated email telling me it will be 48-72 hours before anyone will get back to me. Hey ho... better get back in to the phone queue again I guess.

Absolutely awful customer service, phone calls take at least 30 mins to be answered. Then made promises that are never kept. Furniture arrives damaged and awful quality, after waiting two weeks it was finally collected nearly 3 weeks after collection still no refund. No reply to emails, everyone I speak to says it has not been received back at the warehouse yet and still with courier after 3 weeks!! Going to take further as charge back claim as the stress is unbelievable, AVIOD
