I purchased a Galaxy cantilever parasol [ White Frame ] from the Sawston branch of White stores on the 28th April upon unpacking it I find that one part is missing. item "F" Base Cap Cover. Despite numerous telephone calls, mostly unanswered, and an email,plus talking to two employees still no part. I'm 85 and will have to hire people to install the parasol due to its weight, best quote so far is £60, I would prefer to only pay this once. Please it would be nice to use the parasol while the sun is shining.

Bought garden furniture over the weekend and what a top set of guys these are! The price was fantastic and the service was equally as good. Carl the salesman who we were dealing with was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements. We also met Martin who is incredibly knowledgeable on the products. Delivered the next day. There was a part missing and Martin personally dropped it off later that day! Definitely worthy of the 5 stars I’m giving them! Will use again when I need more stuff and will definitely be recommending these guys to friends and family! Thank you!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, could use a customer toilet & baby change on site but I still rate highly as the staff made an effort to find us a private space to change the baby. Product wise it was great to see what the Pergolas look like in person to get a feel for them. The quality was really evident when we saw them.

Well worth a visit as we got a top quality corner garden set including table with fire pit, for less than half price!! When we arrived we were given the opportunity to look around and investigate the very large choice of garden furniture, water features, parasols and pergola, before being approached by a salesman who introduced himself as Tommy J and he made us feel very relaxed as he asked us questions to understand what we were looking for and guided us to items that meet our requirements. He was able to answer all our questions and offered us a tea or coffee, allowing us time on our own to decide on our choice. Once selected the transaction was straight forward and we were able to take the furniture away with us. Highly recommend viewing here first as such a wide choice and great prices.

I have been recommending the White Stores Outlet to everyone. Fantastic quality garden furniture at very good prices. Martin has fantastic knowledge and took his time showing us different aspects of each furniture set. Delivery was very quick (same day sometimes available) and Martin kept updating us on when this would be. The delivery staff went above and beyond bringing the furniture into our garden and putting it all together for us. I highly recommend a visit and ask for Martin if he is available.

What can I say... After being messed around from another company white stores pulled it out the bag ! From start to Finish 1000% customer satisfaction is at the heart of this business!
