Both Paul and Helen are extremely knowledgeable, diligent, organised and understand how to provide real customer service, supplying vital expertise and guidance based on their long experience whilst also working with our individual desires for our home. Their design was very well suited to our space, both clever and stylish, and Paul and Helen spent some time with us to hash out the finer details of what we wanted, adjusting the design accordingly. Their fitters Dean and Gordon were extremely neat, tidy, efficient and respectful, delivering a quality and precise fitting finish that honours the design and investment. As full-time professionals with no experience of house renovation, we were looking for a company to provide us with the full service for our bathroom, to benefit from the expertise of a company to make the task as straight-forward and simple as it could be for us and that is exactly what we received. Wetherby Kitchens, Bathrooms & Bedrooms are exactly what we hoped to find when engaging a company for work in our home – knowledgeable, trustworthy, experienced, conscientious and they delivered to realistic timelines and promises. So pleased with our newly fitted bathroom by these guys. It looks amazing! Paul was really patient with us, providing us with lots of different design options, ably supported by Helen. And even more importantly, they did exactly what they said they would within the agreed timescale. The skilled team of Dean and Gordon turned up bright and early every day, working really hard and with minimal mess. Paul did all the project management, and quality checked daily to ensure all was going to plan. Unlike previous companies we have used, these guys were here continually until the job was completed and finished everything to a brilliant standard. Can't recommend them highly enough!
