Received a bag of Vietnamese beans. The quality was poor. Complained and received a weird explanation of the speciality status of the bean. Offered a replacement of Brazilian beans which never turned up. Offered to pay for the replacement after waiting a couple of weeks. Was told they were so busy and did not get a chance to send out. Busy with customers? Am I not a customer?? A customer that was not satisfied with their purchase. Anyhow, about 2 months later and still no sign of the replacement. Great service. Thanks!

I've used coffee roasters all over the place but about 2 years ago discovered White Rose - on my doorstep! Not that it matters because they'll send the good stuff to me! I like to buy odd batches as they have them just to experience different coffees although I generally come back to Brazilian Yellow Bourbon. However I've now taken to the Cattle Market Blend. Lots of subtle flavours there. But whatever I get, I've never been disappointed with the product or the service. At home I use a Mellita Bean to Cup Machine, with a Lavazza Milk Foamer and while out and about a hand grinder and an Aeropress.
