If I didn't know any better, I thought I set foot onto a 5/5 star resort for the greatest spa treatment possible. It felt right to make a visit after several purchases from WRB to make a visit and experience the ultra-lux facial services. Thanks to the collaborative effort my wife and the esthetician, I was whisked away into a room for an hour and a half of pampering. I wish I could tell you what happened in detail, but I passed out within minutes of treatment. Something about my esthetician's technique and gentle demeanor just really allowed me to rest and relax. Following the treatment, I was given a very academic infosession on how best to take care of my sensitive, eczema-prone skin. It was a very friendly discussion, and she made sure to note what products we recently purchased can be rotated with some additional products for my eczema. Needless to say, we felt very taken care of, like VIPs. Would implore anyone looking for quality skincare, quality service, and a wonderful spa day to try out WRB. Service: Massage

I always love my shopping experience with White Room Beauty, they have a super efficient online shop. I got introduced to products that really work for my sensitive skin. All of the brands they carry are high-performance Swiss skincare. Their prices and customer service are hard to beat! Their team is also always available to answer questions via email and happy to recommend and customize generous samples based on your skin concerns. I live in New York, and almost always receive my orders in 2-3 days! I had the opportunity to experience White Room’s bespoke facial in London and it was truly the BEST. I would give 10 stars if I could! I had to reschedule at the last minute, they were super kind and accommodating. I was so happy to meet their team in person, I’ve never met another company that is so sincere and warm to their clients. I’ve had a number of facials in different resorts/spas, but White Room was the best experience in terms of technique, comfort, professionalism, and effect on the skin. My esthetician demonstrated such skillful technique in every sequence of events of the facial. It was the highest level of attention to detail and precision! At every step, you are either pampered with a skin treatment or together with a relaxing and amazing massage. Every minute was an experience to totally relax and renew your mind and body; absolute comfort & luxury! I can go on and on about it! Their facial and wonderful people are what I miss from London the most!! I wish I had taken a picture of their beautiful facial room (spacious, clean space with music, dim lighting, warm bed, private bathroom etc.) But here’s a picture of their beautiful store in London, just minutes from Harrods.

I read the reviews on this salon. I'm not sure if all of the negative reviews are genuine. However, I have just made a online purchase for Cellcosmet products and I can honestly say that the service has been outstanding and smooth from beginning to end. My products arrived next day and included a personal hand written message, and a generous vast selection of samples. I have also emailed them a couple of times and received prompt courteous replies. I've no hesitation in purchasing online again. I'm very very Pleased

Very bad facial experience, rude and bad room not luxury at all. My friend helped me to post this, because they might revenge due to clients’ bad comments. Compare with other shop, they are definitely over price. So only one suggestion: Don’t go!!! Waste your money and time. Not luxury experience.
