I purchased their Top of the range model, The Andalucia Gazebo. This pavilion looks great when first constructed, it is very solid and looks well made. However after a few years the ends of the roof structure rot out and therefore you are unable to tension the canopy. In all the point of sale material and on the white pavilions website you are led to believe this will last for years and years, the wooden structure does not require any treatment a self cleaning canopy together with a no quibble guarantee.... sounds great. Do not be fooled I contacted White Pavilion Gazebo's, supplying him with photographs and Tim the owner informed me that it would cost me £548.90 for the supply of the replacement rotten parts. I asked if it was covered under their no quibble warranty and a resounding NO was his reply followed by a retort where I was unable to get a word in.... his argument was that you have to clean out the drain holes in the roof structure otherwise the structure will go rotten and he also informed me this is not the first incidence of this defect. The gazebo will now be going on the bonfire as it is both tatty and not fit for purpose. So purchase one at your peril!

I bought the 3x3m Tuscany Gazebo and absolutely love it. The quality is fantastic, instructions on build and support from the supplier are superb, and I believe it to be wonderful value for money. The Gazebo is high quality and has made a huge difference to a relatively small garden, and to my quality of life.
