Let me recount my recent experience with the White Light sales department. I ordered a part in December last year and paid by card. In the following months I received several emails from their accounts department demanding payment, despite the fact that the money had left my account. They continued hounding me for a full 7 MONTHS, despite my sending them copies of bank statements showing the payment. Eventually it emerged that 4 months into this saga, they had refunded the payment to me for no explicable reason and not informed me. I was passed around at least 5 people, all of whom simply demanded that I pay them and did nothing to help explain the situation. I honestly don’t know what they were playing at, but I do know that you should NEVER buy from them. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received from a company, it transcends the line of incompetence into actual comedy. If you need to buy entertainment equipment use Leisuretec or Stage Electrics instead, they will price match and won’t harass you for over half a year. I cannot believe I had to write this review. AVOID!

I was a lampy for a festival locallu and some of the equipment was hired from white light. we had some Sharpys which one lost its pan/tilt function. Whitelight were contacted and sent a replacement first thing the following day. Could not ask for a better service and will certainly use personally in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs tech dryhire.
