I have worked alongside James and White Lift Services for over 4 years now. I have had many issues with large, multi-national lift contractors in the past and needed a company who were reliable, cost effective and local. James and White Lift Services provided those 3 elements easily and their ability to deal with any emergency is to be admired, arriving to site within 20 minutes in some cases. James and the team communicate effectively with me at all times and provides plenty of notice when booking in services or large project works at any of my buildings. Recently he went above and beyond to help co-ordinate and repair a complex IDP/Lift line fault, shuffling senior technicians to attend instead which was something I didn't even suggest. White Lifts worked hard to come up with a solution that was cost effective (I saved Our Client £15,000) James really understands how hard it can be for Property Managers when lifts do not work. I think he is a credit to the company and knowing that he started off as an engineer and worked up into management helps him explain works to myself and other clients and filter important information over clearly and effectively in layman's terms. I expect a very bright future for James, and I look forward to continuing to work with White Lift Services.

Over the last 15 years, as the Property Director for Voyage Care, I used White Lifts for servicing our 60+ passenger lifts and without exception they have always delivered in a professional and customer focused manner at a competitive and fair price . Having retired from Voyage Care a few years ago, I contacted Chris as my mothers stair lift needed servicing. Once again Chris and the Team were more than happy to help and promptly attended my Mothers house and resolved the problem the next day. Sometimes in life we dont take the opportunity to say thanks for a job well done when we are flat out working in the corporate world however, now that I have the time I would like to say a massive thank you for the service over the years and a huge thanks from my Mother and I for sorting her lift and giving her back her independence, especially in these hard times.
