Had my lens trial and never been contacted back for my revisit as they said they will. Been trying to come in and book an appointment for 3month but shop is always closed on random times. Service is bad. Didn't really care that I've tried to make an appointment and never worked around my times as I have worked around their time as I'm on shift work. Paid for an assessment and no apology given. No refund as I'm now going elsewhere for my lens test... Avoid as there waste of time and Money. Service was unprofessional as usual because its run by Asians.

Great service with care and love Everything is very smooth. After identified my appointment, it took around one hour for the whole process. Mr. Ali used different equipments to measure my eyes and checked my eyes’ condition. Mr. Ali really cares his patients and he is very gentle. I would like to thank every one in this Branch. I feel I have been take cared, especially when I feel nervous.
