Stopped by for a few drinks during our Roses cycling trip through to Bridlington, the beer garden was great! Sammy and the bar staff were awesome and helped us out with camping.

A lovely place to stop off whilst doing the Way of the Roses and a great beer garden. Sammy and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful, including with advice on camping.

A freshly revamped and renovated local pub with astonishing food, great service and bubbly atmosphere. A pub that has been my local now for years and have seen grown from strength to strength, a true asset to the village.

We had a very nice one night stay here with family. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. My daughter and her husband had a really luxurious double room. The evening meal was great. I had the bacon and cheese burger which was excellent. The scampi and the steak pie also looked great We'll definitely stay again.

7 of us travelled from Newcastle for a wedding in Driffield, the receptionist/staff couldn't have been more helpful & made us very welcome Rooms: The rooms were warm & comfortable, had everything we needed, wifi, tv, tea & coffee, maybe a bit dated but we'll worth the price, breakfast continental but plenty choice, highly recommended

If you want to stay over a noisy bar with people screaming half the night this ones for you! I suppose it’s to be expected with a pub on a Friday however. Barman checked me in by handing me the keys and giving me directions, TV in the room not working, or at least not tuneable, and constant screaming and shouting from drunk pub goers. Continental breakfast doesn’t start until 8am on weekends but was ok with cereal and ham etc. Overall a disappointing stay so 2 stars only.
