Standard Vintage Inns menu and they do it well. Be cautious of the parking because it is out-sourced to a particularly belligerent and unpleasant company. Ordering on the App is great, I could get a pint outside without having to lock up my bike!

(Original) Mooi hotel met prachtig uitzicht op zee met een heerlijk balkon. Een mooie wandelboulevard direct vanaf het hotel. Geen verkeer voor de deur. En je kan goed eten in het hotel.

Perfectly positioned hotel as it is right on the seafront in Rottingdean. The hotel could do with little TLC it's looking a bit tired. But this doesn't distract from the fact that the rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent. There are good menu choices and a good selection of beers and wine. Brighton is only 18 mins by bus. We were told that the hotel will be closed in August 2023 as it is going refurbished. Highly recommended. Those who work for the emergency services NHS, police etc and own a blue star card can get a 20% discount on food until Dec 2023.
