Stayed 3 nights and loved everything about it. The greeting on arrival was warm and sincere - the 3 guys who run the bar are a credit to the business - as is the very nice housekeeper. Breakfast was excellent - as was the meals we had on two nights we ate there. The rooms are at the rear in a lovely courtyard and our room (room 3) was lovely.

My partner came for Sunday lunch after our walk at Petworth park and genuinely couldn’t have been happier. We were met with a warm welcome and a really nice cozy setting and then seated at a lovely table. We had a sirloin roast and it was up there with the best we’ve ever had! The service was as good as the food too! Fantastic experience and we will 100% be back
