Where to begin. I placed my order on Sat 17/12/2022 and was notified to expect delivery on the next working day which should have been Mon 19/12/2022. Here I now am on Thursday 22/12/2022 and still have no idea when I will receive my order. My order has been stuck at DPD Lincoln since Mon 19/12/2022 and after finally making contact with DPD they couldn’t say when I would get my delivery. I have been in contact with White Horse Energy everyday since Tuesday morning concerning this matter and I have to say that they too have let me down terribly. They check their system and informed me everyday too expect delivery the next day and still nothing. I asked for a new delivery using a different courier but that’s not possible apparently, I asked for a full refund and NOTHING. They say that the problem isn’t theirs but DPDs so again no-one seems either willing or indeed capable of sorting this issue. I am so frustrated but more importantly very annoyed especially as DPD vans have been making deliveries up my road for at least the last 3 days but sadly not to me. My order weights approx 50kgs and I believe that the DPD delivery drivers pick and choose the items that they want to deliver so no-one is going to pick a 50kg load. White Horse Energy need to choose another more reliable delivery service because this one has failed miserably. White Horse Energy took my payment on Monday and whatever they say too me it appears that they are not interested in my problem as they have what they needed as in my payment and I am currently without nothing. I have a house full of guests over the Xmas and New Year period including my 18 month old grandson and will be struggling to keep them warm. I suggest people look elsewhere as I feel so let down.

I ordered a pallet of Kiln dried Oak for £370 plenty of logs to last me the winter months delivery was quick and delivery driver was very helpful will definitely order again. I’ve ordered seasoned wood in the past few weeks from Facebook marketplace place sellers and it was wet never again I’ll just stick to white Horse Energy. Thank you

I bought a load of eco firelighters using my phone. All the way through the checkout the price was about £13. Suddenly, after I had bought them I noticed that without warning they had added £5 delivery. Not impressed - this doesn't feel very honest.

I have been ordering from White Horse energy for 3 years, 2 full pallets per year, always been happy with product and price, however recent price increases from £255 to £430 are simply not justified, I was told its because of the Ukrainian war, hmmm with Ash dieback producing so much local wood I don’t understand! I have switched to another supplier who’s prices are £250, and who hasn’t decided to cash in like petroleum companies. Shame I liked them until they took the mick!!
