White Horse Contractors were provided the contract to resurface three large playing spaces. They turned up putting fencing surrounding the areas and cut away the old turf. Since then, the company haven’t returned in six weeks, taking all the green spaces out of use for the community to use and not completing any of the requested work. Would avoid the use of this company
