I met with Tracey earlier this year, it was a referral from another women's physio for a pessary fitting, and have just had my follow up session. Tracey worked with me to find the pessary that would enable me to return to doing the exercise I love, and she has! I am not back lifting weights and doing HIIT classes and have my sanity back! Her knowledge is second to none, and made me feel comfortable at all stages.

First ever physio session to fix my ankle after taking up running after years of laziness. Samantha was very professional in taking on my case with thorough consultation and checks on my movement. She's suggested a series of rehab exercises I now found really helpful and definitely improving my ankle sprain. Look forward to follow-up sessions to work towards stronger feet and ankles!
