I have been training under Ali since November 2017 and love being part of the club. The senior club members are welcoming and keen to help you train under Ali's careful instruction. When we started she would ask us about an physical health limitations so she could adjust the routines for individuals and advise best on how to practice with care to avoid further injuries. I have a busy work schedule with variable finish times each day and week. However we attend training whenever we can and kung fu progression isn't about racing through grading if done correctly anyway. The focus is on the quality of technique which takes time and practice to get right and maintain! We like the way that Ali approaches her training sessions as she is positive and engaging, yet focussed on teaching the skills and for kung-fu, making it hard but rewarding work!
