Had emergency dental treatment on Christmas Eve. Treatment was ok but cost extortionate for a filling. However, as I reside in France and claim reimbursement for treatment abroad, I tried to get a paid reciept from White 32 who only orovide a 'treatment Plan' I have now sent 3 emails to request a receipt with no response - after treatment is absolutely abysmal. As long as they get their over inflated charges, they are happy. Wouldn't use them again in hindsight.

I had a great experience here after chipping my tooth. I paid £50 for a same day emergency appointment (which included full assessment, X-ray and treatment plan) all arranged easily online. I was given quotes for several options to fix the chip and the treatment was completed in the same appointment (with a follow up a week later). Great customer care throughout from everyone I spoke to. Thanks Dr Poppy and team. Definitely recommend!

After being hammered with acute toothache and an infection over the New Year and NHS Emergency Dentist's being unavailable on the 2nd of January due to the fall of Bank Holidays, I made an appointment with White 32. I had to pay £50 upfront and online to secure an appointment x-ray and consultation. I was told that a molar I had root canal and crowned a year earlier was causing the issue and infection and needed to be redone at a cost of over £1,200.00 I was also told that I also needed a course of antibiotics at an additional cost of £95.00 When I queried the extortionate cost of 5 days worth of antibiotics I was told that their clinic had to charge that amount as they were city centre based. Suffice to say, I didn't proceed and pay for either and instead left in continuing agony. The following day on the 3rd of January, I called 111 and managed to get in to see an NHS Emergency Dentist. I was charged in clinic, £23.80 which included the consultation, x-ray, filling if needed and a course of antibiotics. The NHS Dentist also informed me that the tooth which was causing my issues was the molar next to the tooth that I had previously had root canal and crowned and not the tooth that White 32 had told me was causing me the issue. The following day on the 3rd of January, my own Dental Clinic (private) had reopened after the New Year. Having had a further consultation and x-ray with my own Dentist, they also confirmed the previous days findings of the NHS Dentist and that the tooth that White 32 had stated was causing the issues was perfectly fine and that it was the molar next to it which was causing the problem. (Incidentally, my own private Dentist charges £9.35 for a course of antibiotics). In short; had I listened to White 32, they would have commenced a root canal procedure and tooth crown on the wrong tooth at a cost of over £1,200.00, proscribed a 5 day course of antibiotics at £95.00 and I would have been left with exactly the same issue I had in the first instance. An utter inept disservice, praying on people who are in pain and desperate for a solution when there appears to be no alternative. AVOID AT ALL COST! Would give zero stars if Google Reviews allowed it. Unfortunately they don't.

Poppy is amazing! Thankyou so much for helping me overcome my fear of dentists. From the first time i walked through the doors at White 32 i felt at ease. Poppy is so gental and caring. I have had emergency root canal and on both appointments i have walked away having no pain after my treatment. I have had such a good experience that White 32 will now be my dentist so glad that I've found a dentist i trust 💕

Perhaps I was naive but I made an appointment with this dentist because they are listed as “Emergency Dentist” on Google. But after being quoted £1700 for the work (after paying £50 for the appointment) it was abundantly clear that it was a typical cosmetic focused dental surgery and not somewhere to seek emergency work
