We've been served outstandingly well over the past year. All doctors have gone out of their way to offer an outstanding level of care - really attentive and conscientious. Very grateful that even during covid we could do drive through consultations, often at real inconvenience to the GPs. Having seen how some larger more impersonal practices in London work, I feel really grateful for the professional - and personal - level of care and kindness we've been shown by all doctors and staff. The NHS is very thinly spread at the moment and that is not the fault of Two Rivers. The clinical staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and caring. They have recently made some sensible changes, merging the two practices, triaging calls to identify urgent issues, and using paramedical staff more. In my recent experience this works much better. They need our support to make things better still.

Never answer the phone and after waiting 8 minutes the system cut me off. The online system just doesn’t work. What a nuisance to get an appointment. Receptionists, Nursing and Doctor staff are pleasant and professional.
