Unfortunately you have to leave at least one star when leaving a review on Google, but please take this as 0/5. I ordered a Whistler BBQ on 26th April and today, the 21st May, Whistler can still not even tell me when my order will arrive, weeks after the supplier told me it was due to be delivered. Whistler are simply not equipped to deal with their customer's needs, they appear to have little to no order processing systems in place and are leaving their suppliers isolated with no information themselves. A company with a website with no telephone number is usually a telling sign they want to make it difficult to contact them, in this case, it says it all! AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want to enjoy your summer.

I recently invested in a Whistler “Built-in 4 Burner Grill’......and what a great investment it has been. Due to increased outside time at home this year, I decided that I needed to make the best of my outdoor living/kitchen area. How would I describe this grill? Well, it’s great quality and a really smart bit of kit especially when I had a socially distanced outdoor gathering of friends and family. It’s surprisingly durable and sturdy for being outside, and I loved the fact it came with a free rotisserie kit and cover. I can’t wait to continue using it throughout the year and I am sure that it will be back in “action” on Bonfire Night. It’s made this summer feel a lot more fun! Whistler Grills get a definite thumbs up from me......

This monster of a barbecue arrived 3 days within ordering, boy was the box heavy! Luckily it was already 90% assembled which saved some time and confusion. We found it slightly difficult to screw the side tables on but once fitted it looked epic. Awesome to cook on and so easy to clean afterwards. The drip tray on this BBQ compared to previous ones we've had is very impressive as it comes out as a whole making it easy to scrape the residue off and then clean. I highly recommend this brand, brilliant BBQ at a great price!!
