Amazing quality flour: rye, spelt, whole-wheat, white strong bread flour. Great prices. And what's the most important Nigel is kind, warm human- always asking if you want to go up the mill, any problems with sourdough- he knows best or will tell you where to find an answer. Best place of you're looking for organic flour and some knowledge about it.
