Used for sale and purchasing of property..... two years later still arguing with leaseholders about my money that they sent to vendors solicitors...... looks like costing 1200 pounds extra..... plus never supplied with paper works to accompany lease ...... bad management from the top down .....rude , arrogant, and ignorant 🙄..... definitely wouldn't use again or recommend for property 🤷♂️.

My business partner and I Needed some id certified by a solicitor so rang whiskers and the lady on reception told us to pop into the office in the afternoon for one of their solicitors to sign that our documents are a likeness for a mortgage application. ( a pretty standard thing for any mortgage and had loads of these done over the years) we drove the 20 mins to the office and parked up and waited in reception. One of the partners Andrew Clowser came out and was quite abrupt basically told us he wouldn't do it? Then he was making out the documents could be fake! when we said we rang in advance and they lady on reception said we could get it done he said he didnt care what they said. I went to explain I had used this very solicitor office 2 or 3 times before for purchases but he said he wasnt going to check. Overall just very rude with no apology for wasting our time.

Exceptionally poor in regards to Conveyancing. Helen was my case handler and constant chasing was required. We had our money coming out from a Lifetime ISA that they had to access. Access was granted in October for Whiskers to take this. By December, with the whole chain ready to exchange, Whiskers hadn't even bothered to collect the deposit from our Lifetime ISA provider. This almost delayed completion past Xmas if it wasn't for me having to beg my provider to assist urgently. Helen made frequent errors, incorrect names on contracts, stamp duty showing £2,600 when it should of been £0 as we are first time buyers and various other documents missing from our contract pack, most importantly being the questions and answers to enquiries! If it weren't for me and my partner constantly chasing and error checking, we'd still be at square one. If you value professionalism and efficiency, do not chose Whiskers. I feel like I could of spent a lot less on much, much better service.
