I've been hospitalized between Saturday night and whole Sunday on May bank holiday. Even though the shortage of staff and they had to be fast, Nurses and Doctors all were very kind and considerate. They did everything precisely and they helped understand my health situation clearly in any moment. Thank you ππ»ππ»ππ»

Absolutely great service. Very friendly staff all the way through. There was no waiting, few minutes after arriving, my blood was taken for tests, within minutes , was admitted, seen by lovely doctors and nurses, had scan then surgery and had 2 pints of blood. I can't find better words to use.

I've been there twice in September 2022. First time was okay, doctor was really helpful. Second time, a doctor from urgent care said she could not explain my symptoms. I've discovered later on, after I took a trip abroad that I suffer from a conductive heart syndrome. That second time I went to the hospital, my ECG showed conductive delay, and yet that doctor told me I should go to the gym because I'm out of shape, when my chest was burning, I couldn't feel my left arm and I was short of breath and exhausted even when talking. I can't recall the name of this doctor, but if she tells you to go to the gym, insist with your problem or ask for another doctor.

Long wait time very rude staff. Not enough of them. Dr Ben was really nice. But it a shame that the nurse are not the same. From what I saw with there interaction the other people waiting was heartless, dismissive and really rude and disrespectful of even the elderly. Only one pole for 5 people to use at the same time on closely fitted chairs. No room to breathe and sitting all bunched up together. While others sat on the floor for hours. I have been to several third world countries and see better cleaner health care. Sham on you. They all need some customer service and people skills. I know things are hard for us all but we are all are human at the end of the day. Respect is earned and manners donβt cost a thing.
