My ONEPLUS NORD (pretty rare) phone, needed a new USB port for charging as mine was very unrelayable. ONEPLUS service would have taken me 5-7 days of me being without phone. Brough the phone into the shop after fixing an appointment in the morning and the service was done within 45 min. Super fast and very satisfied.

I randomly came across this company on the web whilst considering other options than leaving my phone for 24 hours with password provision with i smash and paying £280 for screen and display exchange on my samsung g s10. They replied to my whatsapp text message within the same minute and I was booked in for the next day, the repair took under 10 minutes and no need to provide password. The staff were very friendly and the service actually quite impressive. Can't recommend more. Forgot to say, they only charged £180

First class service, so professional, expert and friendly - My BlackBerry screen broke so I couldn't use the phone so Peter and his superb genius technician at WhileYouWaitRepairs fixed it for me this morning (Sunday morning) within an hour. So impressive Also as a nice bonus I went next door for breakfast and sat outside in their outdoor seating area so it's really convenient. I tell you what, the name is absolutely spot on - they really do fix your phone/device "While You Wait". Highly recommended 10/10
