Been with them 5 years. Never had to raise a complaint until now. Issues with another tenants children running amok. Called to to raise the issue, only to be told to basically sort it myself or call the police. This is not the answer. They are the landlords and they are responsible who they let their properties to. As far as I am aware we have tenancy agreements and covers how people should behave whilst in their properties and not causing distress to your neighbours. Not worth the paper it's written on. They are not responsible landlord's and happy for their housing estates to become areas of anti social behaviour instead of dealing with it, and let the rest of their tenants suffer.

Properties are infested with asbestos tiles etc , probably in the plaster and roof and other hidden places , I've asked them to look at it and they refused , I had broken aspestos tiles in my property and they were not removed correctly they come round with crow bars to take them up, they did not wet the tiles to prevent fibres from entering the air , so I've probably got aspestos fibres lying around in my property , thanks WHG I also have other issues with them manipulating in compaint responses to me , please be aware of this behaviour In addition they have been adding information that's not true and nothing to do with the complaints I write, in an attempt to discredit me. The tactics they use are unscrupulous / hidden They will try and make you think that your in the wrong and you will question your own sanity. I believe it's a form of emotional abuse. In addition to WHG response below, no you won't put things right , so please don't try to make people think that you are putting things right, I have already complained to the housing ombudsman about your behaviour, because you have failed address my complaint.

Had my flat since 2016 reported my repairs constantly got no toilet or hot water to have a bath and my health is getting bad due to it I've got bugs in my water and a leak from my washer which ruins down under to bottom flat been told to drink bath water as well and I've got mouth infection

Poor service my bungalow is black in places with mould. I suffer from lung illness but they ain’t bothered as long as they keep getting their rent every month but I’m going to hold it back until they put installation in my loft because I have found out there is nothin in the loft .

Would give 0. There is something living in the loft pest ‘expert’ said it is the wind….. the wind is gnawing wood and scurrying around?garden is unsafe for my children we moved in with no fences at the back of my garden, glass left all over the grass and they’ve thrown grass seed down to hide it all. No storage in kitchen as cabinet falling off the wall but they will not repair it for 6months and told me not to use it even though it is the ONLY usable cupboard. Condensation and mould everywhere!! As soon as you miss a rent payment your contacted within a day to pay.

I dont know why I'm even with whg I have a new born baby and I have phoned them to let them know as well I have raised multiple complaints about water leakin throughout the roof and black mold that covers the whole wall in my bed room where we sleep I have also notified them that my daughter has a heart condition that I have to monitor her all thetim and I can't do that when I'm have to constantly cleant the black mold and all the water just so my daughter donse not en back in hospital it is also afecting my partners mental health due to all the stress becaus of it so I am going to phone them for the ,5th time on Monday and I'm am going to take them to Cort
