This is not aimed at the tip itself as the guys and gals and others? Are fair. But this is aimed at the council. You have a phone number to contact regarding waste, however it takes you in a never ending loop until I gave up. 3 times i tried, using different techniques and 1 hour 15 mins of my time, to get to exactly the same point as i started. Why bother having a contact number if we can't speak to someone????? Shocking

I’ve been using Whetstone tip all my life as it’s local to me. The reason that I’ve given 1 star is because in the last 5 years, I’ve had 3 punctures in my tyres and my mum has had a few too! The staff just sit around all day on deck chairs and only get up if they think you are chucking away anything they can sell on and make profits. They need to sweep up more frequently 🤬
