    Terrible, belittling manager - stay away!!!! Whoever the manager was on site yesterday, 28/05/2023 you’re the reason I didn’t go ahead and buy a car at your branch. After your colleague went above and beyond to assist me, when you came and sat at our table, after discussing everything AGAIN for your sake, we asked for you’re opinion and you said ‘What I wasn’t listening, what you talking about’. This manager continuously rolled his eyes at me and didn’t take me seriously what so ever throughout the whole process. I found him rude, ill mannered and undermining. You should never treat a customer in this way and worst of all you disrespected your colleague by doing so. I suppose not everyone has the people skills, experience and basic intelligence to be a good manager, as a manager of 50+ people myself with 15 years of experience; you’re shockingly bad. Buying a car is serious and you are there to provide information, advice and patience. You failed to do this, therefore I walked out. I was ready to upgrade yesterday, I already own a beautiful Audi, but I won’t be coming back to this branch again.

    Omg - having been an Whetstone Audi customer for 20+ years I am shocked at today’s poor customer service. I booked a service with Audi call centre and turned up to my appointment at 8.30am where I was promptly informed I had the wrong date and there was nothing the team could do as the system was showing a date for 2 weeks time. To clear up the misunderstanding and whether it was a human error on my part or the customer service agent’s part, I was told management would listen to the booking call recording. After 6 hours of no management response, I phoned and spoke to the original staff member who proclaimed “I already apologised to you this morning in front of my colleagues. There’s nothing more I can do for you and I’m not promising when management can call you as they are busy and you’ll only come back at me if they can’t call you in time.” I pointed out that I would email management myself if I didn’t hear back within the next 48 hours (reasonable), she reluctantly gave me the manager’s email. It was clear both of us were frustrated and I asked her to show some empathy rather than be defensive or aggressive with me, her response was to hang up on me. I was already frustrated at losing 2 hours of work time and having to pay for a pre-booked Uber that wasn’t actually required and now this has topped off my day! Btw, still haven’t received the confirmation email for the service booking. Hilarious!
