    Pancakes were bland, no taste. The house cream too, felt like I was eating butter. And the Dutch pancakes felt like they were scrambled eggs with toppings. The waitress was rude to us and said to her colleague that we are stupid, only because we had trouble paying using that stupid QR code and she had to charge us over the card terminal. The atmosphere in general feels nice and relaxed.

    We were a party of 6. Ordered a few different pancakes, simple with choc sauce, strawberries & cream one, and couple of custom savoury ones. None of us enjoyed our pancakes. Had a horrible sour after taste, was not pleasant to eat at all. Felt annoyed having to pay for something we didn’t enjoy. Informed the waitress, who was lovely and offered to change the pancakes, but didn’t see any point when most of us had different options and none of us liked our own. She explained it’s probably because they use buttermilk, but I’ve had buttermilk pancakes before and they have never tasted like this before, almost like off milk. Could be just our taste palette.
