    I did a four-week accountability coaching with Jane. My objective was to get back on track with regular exercise and Keto diet. My past progress got disrupted for several years after my cancer treatment and then the pandemic, plus the increasing pressure from running my own business. I just couldn't get back on track and kept starting and stopping. The programme worked out well above my expectations! Jane’s been amazing throughout – unfailingly enthusiastic, supportive and warm. But also punctual and ensuring compliance with our agreed plans. The program helped me realise that tangible progress requires a lot of focus. Jane taught me how to be deliberate and conscious about all of my choices throughout the day. I never realised before to what extent I cut corners! A lot of it utterly thoughtless, just on autopilot… Now I know exactly what it takes to make progress. But if I pay attention and organise things in an optimal way, it’s not actually that hard to stay on track. And this applies not just to diet and exercise but to all areas of life. Ultimately, I think the biggest benefit is this vastly improved self-knowledge and understanding on how to manage myself better. The programme’s been worth it many times over. I am very happy with my results and I can't recommend Jane strongly enough!

    Jane is the most wonderful personal trainer. She is kind, encouraging and motivational in the best kind of way. She has provided a truly personalised training plan, taking into account my goals, current fitness levels and likes and dislikes. She is also brilliant at challenging what I think I can’t (or won’t!) do so I get the most out of our sessions together, feeling like I’ve really achieved something. I know in just a few months I’ve made huge progress that I never could have made working by myself or in a gym, and so would recommend Jane to anyone looking for a PT. I spend every week feeling like I’ve spent an hour giggling with a friend who is pushing me to be the best version of myself.

    Having knowledge often does not lead to action! I knew I needed to address my fitness levels - engaging Jane and her expertise made the difference between success and inertia. Jane's combined professional and personal approach has made exercise an integral part of my daily regime. Like all change it has not been easy, but Jane took the time to assess any medical risks I may have had, I am 72, and has designed my personal program. I look forward to the weekly one to one where her support, encouragement and patience is paying dividends. The fitness app allows Jane to provide self motivated sessions throughout my week and I know her support and encouragement is readily available. As an individual and, I am also a physician, I would totally recommend Jane if you want to add fitness to your daily behaviours, feel in control and ultimately reduce your risks of long term poor health.
