Took my bike in for new cables and was advised a service would be a better idea, along side the cables. Also the gears needed a tune up. 2 weeks and £80 later, the brakes are fine but the gears are now worse than they were. I have left a message to be left ignored. Will not use you again.

Visited many months ago. Guy wasn't interested in selling a bike. Clueless and looked bored. Im a company director and had money in my wallet. Went elsewhere spent £7,000 on 3 bikes. Wheelspin you won't last long in this crowded market

I have recently bought a Suito T trainer beause of the great deal this shop has. However, when I placed the order I didnt get any comunication from the shop (that's why my 4*) and reading all the reviews I was getting a bit nervous, nevertherless my turbo trainer arrived 3 days after I purchased the item and I'm very happy! Such a great price compared to other shops. If there was a comunication from the shop, I'd leave the 5*! Thanks

Always a fan of using an independent bike shop and these guys are fairly local and had the item in stock that I was after. A month, several unanswered emails and even more unreturned voicemails later - I still don't have the item I ordered, or any indication if I ever will. I don’t very often leave reviews as service varies depending on a number of circumstances. But having read through the other reviews (too late for me!), I thought it worth showing that this is the standard service here.

I have given 5 stars because I have used Wheelpspin cycles for approximately 10 years without quibble and with sound technical advice from Andy. His approach to assisting issues has always been very helpful and endeavours to do what he can - in a Covid world where products are more difficult to obtain then that's all you can ask for! Wheelpsin has always serviced my bike and we need to support these smaller independent bike shops where good service and a regular face is welcomed.
