Brought my mutt mastiff 125 last year and being a little skittish of dealerships due to past history I can honestly say this is the only place I'm going to!...the level of service from Nicky & Richard and Jordon is out standing - no question is to small or big and even something small they are always there with a smile !...the level of workmanship and attention to details and the excellence of maintaine that goes into fixing the bikes from the machanics Andrew and Luke is above and beyond ! They are always happy to help and support at the drop of a hat. The guys on the shop floor who I delt with and have friendly chat with Darren and ash are decent guys make you feel very comfy and always there to support and help, even when my bike had to stay in Darren went above and beyond to help me get to and from home and work and was willing to give me a lift in his personal time, that is the sort of dedication to their job role and respect for the customer you hardly ever see anymore ! They will not rip you of or pull the wool over your eyes there are straight down the line and you can trust them 100% that what they tell you is the truth. Kawasaki has an amazing brand and it's reputation is astonishing and with a staff team this great in Leicester, does Leicester proud and Kawasaki name alike ....just go down and have a chat you will see for your selfs !!

I have been coming here since I got my Steevee and staff super super friendly and funny you can have a chat with them and have a laugh very helpful when I needed to ask questions about my bike and I always leave impressed and with a smile ❤️❤️ Super helpful after my bike had a screw in it and they fixed it and I even got the screw as a memory
