Had a few serious problems with a bike I borrowed from a friend ahead of a three day trip starting in Ilkley and these guys sorted it quickly and without fuss. They wouldn’t even take payment, which I still feel bad about. Proper professionals, lovely people and extremely helpful.

Called Monday to pick up couple of innertubes (thanks to state of our roads). Really friendly and checked my tyre pressure for me whilst there. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Posting review on behalf of my in laws and their very disappointing experience with the service received here. Not only did they travel a 70 mile round trip to receive this poor service but the bike came back worse than when they took it in the first place. Front mech rubbing badly, trimming gear not active, both brakes rubbing badly, rear mech nearly went into the spokes which then all had to rectified and a fresh service from another company that couldn’t believe the state of the bike. All in all we wouldn’t ever send a bike to be serviced here again.

Outstanding customer service. After making an enquiry to the shop I spoke with Bernie. I let him know what I was looking for and what I needed. Bernie asked me a few questions and he offered to chat with me at the store. Bernie helped sort out my cleat positions to alleviate some knee pain, and rub on my overshoes. My riding position is now much stronger. This was my first experience with Wheelbase and it's evident the years of cycling experience Bernie and the team have translates to outstanding customer service. Bernie mentioned to ride with my new position for a few weeks. I'm far more comfortable, fatigue much later in my riding, I can put down more power in and out of the saddle. The shop is well stocked too and I'm now prepped for a great summer of riding. I'll be back soon!

Rude staff, I went in there and not one but 3 staff told me they were busy and couldn’t help me with what i needed despite being stood around. When i asked about the parts i needed they gave the least effort solution when i kindly asked for a solution. Please can you improve your customer service skills and maybe think about looking into more technical solution.

Just bought through the bike to work scheme. Great support in getting the right bike ,sizing, set up and additional kit. Price was very competitive and the paper work for BTW Scheme handled flawlessly. Great at pick up showing me around the bike ... even put it on my roof rack! Thanks Bernie for all your help. 100% recommend.
