    Ordered a new road bike just before Christmas online as I don't live near the store. Just managed to take it out with the better weather. Unfortunately during my first sprint my chain came over and scuffed the chainrings. Not a huge deal but a little disappointing to happen on a first ride with a new bike. Maybe check the derailleur limit screws before you go out on your first ride. Other than that, the communication when ordering was great and the bike arrived well packaged and I would recommend.

    Shocking customer service. I have emailed and rang over 5 times to try and buy a 3000£ bike. With the cost of living crisis you’d think firms would be on the ball. Every time I’ve called I’ve had same questions from their different staff. All I wanted was to know what the promised blue light discount was before costing bike up and paying in full. I gave them one last chance a few days ago. Spoke to “customer service” this time went through s that’s happened on the phone calls he promised an email with price and stock delivery availability….guess what??? I’ve heard nothing. So goodbye useless incompetent wheelbase. Plenty of shops out there sell this bike. I should not have to chase as a customer. Period. How did you get your 5 star reviews if this can happen. Don’t bother reply or contact me I’m not Interested. If customers are spending 3000£ on a bike it’s a big deal to them. They expect good service. I suspect you’ve forgotten this. I will buy local now. Rarely do I leave anything but good reviews but you deserve this one. You do. And customers will now think twice before ordering from you after reading this. This is a 100 percent accurate account of what’s taken place btw. I suggest from a marketplace point of view Do not offer discounts that you don’t want / can’t follow through on and then “ghost” your potential customers.
